Приложение для macOS подписано и нотаризовано Apple, поэтому открывается как обычно. У .exe для Windows пока нет подписи кода — SmartScreen может показать предупреждение «Неизвестный издатель»; нажмите «Подробнее → Выполнить в любом случае» или установите из Microsoft Store — там сборка подписана и устанавливается без предупреждений. В Linux сделайте AppImage исполняемым (chmod +x). На iPhone, iPad и Apple Watch устанавливайте из App Store. Десктоп-приложение обновляется само.
