Die macOS-App ist von Apple signiert und notarisiert und öffnet sich daher ganz normal. Die Windows-.exe hat noch keine Codesignatur – SmartScreen meldet womöglich „Unbekannter Herausgeber“; klicke auf Weitere Informationen → Trotzdem ausführen oder installiere aus dem Microsoft Store – signiert und ohne Warnung. Unter Linux machst du das AppImage ausführbar (chmod +x). Auf iPhone, iPad und Apple Watch installierst du aus dem App Store. Die Desktop-App aktualisiert sich selbst.
