End-to-end encrypted — the server can't read your vault.

Your hosts, keys and command history are encrypted on your device with a key derived from your master password, before anything is uploaded. We store ciphertext we can't read — and the master password can't be reset by design. For a client that holds the keys to your infrastructure, that's the bar. Read the security model →

• ▸Encrypted blobs only. The sync server never sees a hostname, a key or a password in the clear.
• ▸Versioned vault + recycle bin. Deleted hosts are recoverable for 30 days, and an accidental overwrite can be rolled back server-side.
• ▸No account needed. The Free tier is local-only and fully offline — the cloud is an add-on, not a requirement.

AI over SSH — without a second credit meter.

Warp sells its own agents, metered by usage credits — $20/mo buys 1,500 on the Build plan. Termalin flips the model: it ships a real MCP server over the hosts you choose, so the agent you already pay for — Claude Code and friends — opens its own SSH sessions or steps into yours. A key custodian signs on its behalf, so private keys never touch disk; you watch every move in the grid, and each agent action is marked in the recording. No usage credits in Termalin, on any plan.

What Warp still does better — and moving over.

Credit where due: for AI inside the terminal itself — generating commands as you type, agentic coding sessions in your local shell, a genuinely polished modern UX — Warp is ahead, and that's its whole point. Termalin doesn't try to be your AI pair for local work. The two aren't mutually exclusive: plenty of people would keep Warp for the laptop and use Termalin for the fleet. When you're ready, Termalin imports hosts from an ~/.ssh/config, a CSV, or PuTTY — and exports back to an SSH config or CSV any time, so there's no lock-in, either direction.
